Interested candidates are interviewed in depth by senior consultants, looking into their CVs, job motivation, career expectations and personality profiles in detail. For the final candidates, you receive a practical, individual report, illustrating their strengths and points to consider.
We can include a complete assessment centre if required. Kern Selection has a wealth of experience in a wide range of psychometric tests, running from computerised tests (Cebir & SHL) to simulation tests, role playing, in-baskets, knowledge tests and a reference check. This gives us additional information from different angles, and you gain an accurate overall picture for each candidate. As this assessment centre is part of a general recruitment package, you can take advantage of this additional service at an adjusted price.
