  • Direct search: In a scarce market, we can approach potential candidates in a proactive, discrete and correct manner.
  • Open recruitment (print or online advertisements) in the right medium. The benefit here is the wide range of additional exposure for your organisation. Kern Selection knows the value of (inter)national and regional job papers and (niche) sites, and those of the specialist professional press. 
  • File search: In our extensive database, we can find the candidate to meet your needs, contacting the candidate directly. 
  • E-recruitment:  In the hunt for the ideal candidate external online databases are searched thoroughly.
  • Social media & AdWords: Through professional social networks like LinkedIn we contact potential candidates. Alternative recruitment methods like social media advertising or Google AdWords campaigns are also possible.

Thorough  

Interested candidates are interviewed in depth by senior consultants, looking into their CVs, job motivation, career expectations and personality profiles in detail. For the final candidates, you receive a practical, individual report, illustrating their strengths and points to consider.

We can include a complete assessment centre if required. Kern Selection has a wealth of experience in a wide range of psychometric tests, running from computerised tests (Cebir & SHL) to simulation tests, role playing, in-baskets, knowledge tests and a reference check. This gives us additional information from different angles, and you gain an accurate overall picture for each candidate. As this assessment centre is part of a general recruitment package, you can take advantage of this additional service at an adjusted price.

With us, you don't have to read quality between the lines, but at the start of every sentence.  Every organisation is different, every position is unique: so our work has to be tailor-made. We involve you as the client actively throughout the process. We don't baffle you with professional jargon. We communicate with you and the candidate quickly, directly and transparently.

Follow-up

Three months after the selected candidate starts, we contact you and the candidate to evaluate how things are going. Furthermore, for legal advice about contracts and employment conditions or an induction plan for the new employee, we are your right contact.


Double guarantee

Kern Selection offers you a double guarantee:

  • Guaranteed results: Kern Selection commits itself to continuing the recruitment procedure until we find a suitable candidate.
  • Guaranteed replacement: If a candidate whose application procedure Kern Selection supported leaves the job within the first six months for reasons other than a perceived difference between the job description as presented and what the job actually involves, or because agreements previously made on working conditions and position have not been met, Kern Selection guarantees to undertake  the assignment one more time free of charge.
