Kern Selection respects your privacy!

Kern Selection also adheres in full to extant legislation with respect to processing personal details received through the internet:

  • the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data;
  • the Royal Decree of 13 February 2001 implementing that law.

Kern Selection does not collect any personal data through its websites for the purpose of direct marketing on behalf of third parties, nor does it pass personal data on to third parties. Kern Selection might use this personal data itself on an anonymous basis for statistical material in order to determine general visitors’ profiles.

Contacts that result in the provision of a paying service or one required by law are stored in the relevant client database. Applicants that leave their personal details in the form of a CV through Kern Selection are stored in the applicants’ database.

As a client/applicant you are always entitled to examine your personal data free of charge and to have it deleted or amended, subject to the statutory provisions pertaining thereto with regard to the terms for updating certain documents and details. The responsibility for processing the personal details and data acquired by Kern Selection is that of Kern Selection’s business unit manager, to whom you can address a request to peruse and/or amend your personal details by email. Should you ascertain that Kern Selection is in breach of extant legislation with regard to certain points, then you can likewise report this to the business unit manager.

The Kern Selection website also contains links to other websites, but Kern Selection cannot be held responsible for the manner in which your privacy might be dealt with on those websites.
