After-care

We do not consider our job is complete once you have decided who to hire. We will also be happy to advise while they are settling in. We will contact you after three months to see how the new employee is doing in any case.

Completion guarantee

Kern Selection commits itself to continue recruiting until a contract of employment is signed with one of the candidates presented.

Repeat procedure guarantee

If a candidate whose application procedure Kern Selection supported leaves the job within the first six months for reasons other than a perceived difference between the job description as presented and what the job actually involves, or because agreements previously made on working conditions and authority have not been met, Kern Selection guarantees to repeat the exercise once free of charge.
