Kern Selection is an approved official partner for private staff recruitment by the Flemish Community Ministry of Labour (VG/486B), which means we meet quality requirements in terms of professional expertise, current legislation and ethical code of conduct.

Ethics  

As a member of the Board of the Federation of Recruitment and Selection agencies (Federgon R, S&S), Kern Selection is also actively involved in monitoring quality in the sector as a whole. We do not forget candidates either, as demonstrated by the leading role Kern Selection took in drawing up a charter for the member Recruitment and Selection agencies on disclosure obligations and protecting candidates' privacy.
This is also reflected in the 10 quality guarantees Kern Selection has drawn up.
