Selection process This is how we work When you respond to a vacancy, your CV (curriculum vitae) will be closely examined by a recruiter. You will always hear from us, even if your application has not been selected. In this circumstance, your details will be kept on file and we will contact you again if we have a job that is a perfect match for your profile. If you qualify for the vacancy on the basis of your CV, you will receive a telephone call from us in which a number of aspects, such as experience, knowledge of languages and your motivation, will be assessed. This will be followed by an interview with a consultant at one of our offices. Here your personality will be examined in greater depth and all your questions with regard to the vacant post and the organisation will be answered too. Should this interview be given a positive evaluation, it will be followed by an a meeting with our client. At the end of the application process a reference check and an assessment centre may follow. In this case, you will then go through a number of exercises (test on a PC, role playing, presentation exercise, etc.) which will provide an insight into your strengths and learning points for the post. In this way your new employer will know how they can best coach you when you start in your new job. After approximately three months, we will invite you to a follow-up conversation where we will look together at whether everything is proceeding as you would wish in your new post. We will assist where necessary. If you are not withheld during the selection procedure we will continue to follow your career path and will always take your personal wishes into account. Therefore it is essential that you update your professional data via our online database on a regular basis.
