In this crucial phase Kern Selection will come to a conclusion regarding the desirability of a meeting between the candidate and your company, based on a thoroughly knowledge of all elements.
For each final candidate, we draw up a personal file stating their professional experience, motivation for the position, the match with the culture of your company, the description of career opportunities, the latest salary info and strengths and points to consider clearly and practically. We will send you this report quickly, and it can also be explained by the consultant involved.
We let unsuccessful candidates know quickly and correctly, of course.
The candidates are invited to a getting to know you meeting, which can also be held at our offices if required, with us present or not. Whether recruitment is successful depends partly on how long this phase takes to complete: so we invite you to meet candidates and decide as soon as possible once we have presented their files. This avoids potential candidates being lost during the recruitment procedure.
Who is finally recruited is up to you; but we remain available to advice on legal aspects of drawing up contracts and terms and conditions of employment, or an introduction plan for your new employee.
